One Million Trees 4 Colorado

In Action Brokerage

Session & Speaker Overview

Would you like to be part of an initiative to plant 1 millions trees in Colorado? Plan to be part of it on September 21, 2020. Tune in to this session with Michael Alcazar to find out more!

Learn about our intimate relationship and responsibility for stewardship of the most sacred and precious element. Water is life. We will do all this from a traditional ecological and management approach, pairing soil formations and fertility as well as plants. A healthy, productive, and abundant ecosystem is the byproduct of an intentionally designed healthy relationship with water.

The mission and vision of One Million TREES 4 Colorado is to spark a citizen-led, grassroots campaign to plant one million new trees across the state. We are challenging our friends, families, and networks to get their friends, families, and networks involved--and that means you, too! Planting trees is a positive and effective way to celebrate our State and improve the health of our communities; with a little help from a lot of people, we can make this dream a reality. At 4 PM on September 21st, 2020 we hope you will join us in planting one or more trees wherever you live or work, with ceremony and hope for the future.

This effort is led by In Action Brokerage, but it can only succeed if the initiative is spread far and wide. City and state government, companies, non-profits, schools; everyone has a part to play. Please feel free to reach out with questions or to volunteer. Let’s all do our part to make 2020 a year of community, celebration, and One million TREES 4 Colorado!
